Rest Assured with Sure Automotive

Commission Disclosure — Sure Automotive Ltd

Rest Assured — we believe in clear, upfront transparency.
If you choose to buy a vehicle using finance, Sure Automotive Ltd may receive commission or other remuneration for introducing you to a lender or finance provider.

This page explains what that means, when we disclose it, and how you can request further details.

1) Our role (credit broker)

When we discuss or arrange vehicle finance, Sure Automotive Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders or finance providers and help progress your application.

Finance is subject to status, affordability, and the lender’s criteria.

2) Do we receive commission?

Yes — where you enter into a finance agreement introduced by us, we may receive commission, a fixed fee, or other remuneration from the lender, a finance broker, or another third party.

This remuneration may be:

  • a fixed amount, or

  • a percentage of the amount borrowed, or

  • an amount that varies depending on the lender, product, term, or other factors.

We do not charge you a fee for our credit broking service unless we tell you clearly in advance and you agree.

3) When we disclose commission

FCA rules require credit brokers to make certain disclosures about commission arrangements prominently and in good time before you enter into a regulated credit agreement or regulated consumer hire agreement.

Where disclosure is required, this includes:

  • the existence and nature of commission/fees/remuneration; and

  • how the existence and nature of the commission may affect the amounts payable by you (where applicable).

4) Requesting the amount of commission (your right)

If you ask us, we will disclose the amount of commission we earn (or, if the exact figure isn’t known at that point, the likely amount) in good time before you enter into the agreement.

To request this, contact us using the details on our website and state:
“Commission Disclosure Request”
If your enquiry relates to a specific vehicle/quote, include the registration number and your quote reference (if you have one).

5) Our approach to fairness and conflicts

We take our regulatory responsibilities seriously. Our aim is to support you in finding a suitable finance option, and we manage commission arrangements to ensure they do not undermine fair customer outcomes.

If you have any questions about how we are paid or how finance options are selected, just ask — we’ll explain clearly.
